| It is critical for the successful implementation of
ACT! that the desired outcomes are clearly defined. Then we can
identify what information needs to be captured in ACT!, what form it
should take, and how it should be arranged on the screen. ACT! Add-on products or customizations may be considered to further enhance ACT!'s effectiveness. An implementation plan defines the overall schedule. The plan might include the addition of functionality over a period of time to allow users to grow with the system. Future improvements may also be adjusted based on current experience. |
